Refund and Returns Policy

At Franckglasni, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy. Please read the following terms and conditions to ensure a smooth return process.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return items purchased from Franckglasni within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
- The item is not a final sale or personalized product (such as custom equestrian gear or engraved items).
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or packing slip) is required.

2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, follow these simple steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@franckglasni.com or call (435) 722-2756 to request a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning your item.
Package the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging. Be sure to include the receipt or order confirmation, along with the RA number, to expedite the return process.
Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Full Refund: You will receive a full refund if the return meets the eligibility requirements and is in its original condition.
- Partial Refund: If the item is returned in a used or damaged condition (other than due to manufacturer defect), we may issue a partial refund based on the condition of the product.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order for the item you would like. If you need assistance with the exchange process, our customer service team is happy to help.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for either a full refund or a replacement. To expedite the process, please include photos of the damage or defect when you contact us.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable due to hygiene or safety concerns, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom products (such as engraved or tailored equipment)
- Opened or used safety gear, such as riding helmets or protective equipment
- Gift cards or store credits

7. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at info@franckglasni.com or (435) 722-2756. We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, but once an item is shipped, the return process will apply.
8. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees for returns are non-refundable, unless the return is a result of an error on our part (e.g., damaged, defective, or incorrect item). You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item qualifies for a free return.
