If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy to help make your shopping experience easier. Please review the following terms and conditions for returns and exchanges.

1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

✔ The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
✔ The item must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
✔ The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.
✔ The product must not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.
✔ Items purchased on sale or clearance are non-returnable unless defective.


2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

✔ Final sale and clearance items
✔ Personalized or custom-made products
✔ Gift cards and promotional items
✔ Used, altered, or damaged items due to improper use

If an item does not meet our return eligibility, it will be returned to you at your expense.


3. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RA) Number

✔ Provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.
✔ Our team will review your request and provide a Return Authorization (RA) Number if eligible.

Step 2: Package the Item Securely
✔ Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
✔ Use a sturdy shipping box to protect the product during return transit.
✔ Clearly write the Return Authorization (RA) Number on the package.

Step 3: Ship the Return
✔ Ship the return package using a reliable courier service with tracking and insurance (e.g., UPS, FedEx, DHL).
✔ The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or incorrect.
FRANCKGLASNI is not responsible for lost or damaged returns, so we recommend fully insuring the package.

Step 4: Inspection & Refund Processing
✔ Once received, our team will inspect the returned item within 5-7 business days.
✔ If approved, we will process your refund or exchange based on your preference.


4. REFUND POLICY

Refunds will be issued based on the following conditions:

✔ Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
✔ Refunds may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
✔ Shipping fees, customs duties, and insurance costs are non-refundable.
✔ If the item does not meet return conditions, it will be returned to you without a refund.


5. EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges for eligible returns under the following conditions:

✔ The exchange request must be made within 30 days of receiving the product.
✔ The item must be unused and in its original condition.
✔ If the new item has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference.
✔ If the new item has a lower value, the difference will be refunded to the original payment method.


6. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order:

✔ Email info@franckglasni.com with your order number, photos of the damage, and a description of the issue.
✔ We will provide a prepaid return label for defective or incorrect items.
✔ Once the returned item is inspected, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

✔ Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
✔ After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if the order has been processed or shipped.
✔ Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started.

8. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

✔ International customers are responsible for return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.
FRANCKGLASNI is not responsible for customs fees on returned items.
✔ Refunds will be processed in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
